Fit your salary according to your periods
All temps can receive wages in the same range, or some on a weekly basis and others per month - you decide the periods.
The temp is assigned a payroll, for example 'Weekly wage', which contains the periods to be paid in the course of the year.
Accomplished shifts in the period will be collected on a salary basis.
Salary basis calculation
You can follow live as salaries that needs to be paid develops. Every time a shift is approved, the payroll is updated so you can constantly know what is missing.
Normal shift and sick leave have been tuned and are now combined with the agreed wage terms.
You will automatically receive a salary basis containing all calculations in accordance with standard rates, overtime and hour allowance.
Completion of salary
You just have to take a look at whether that's what the salary should be, and if necessary, make manual adjustments if there are special conditions that have to be applied.
You can export ready-made salary bases individually per. folds or as a mass extraction - ready for payroll.
Some payrollers can be connected digitally to VikarProgram so data can be sent directly between the systems.
For other payrollers, you must export a file from VikarProgram that contains all pay lines, which must be passed through your regular login in their system.
